Yuriy Durkot (Lviv) is a translator and journalist. His translations into German include Mykola Ryabchuk, Lyubko Deresh, and Serhiy Zhadan (together with Sabina Shtör). He is published in German-language national and regional newspapers and professional magazines, and comments for the radio. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he has been running the "War Diary" (an online column) for the German newspaper "Die Welt".
