He was born in 1972 in the village. Lokachi in Volyn. Graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Faculty of History, Faculty of Law. Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor. Author of scientific works: "Counterintelligence of the Russian Empire in Ukraine" (historical and legal aspect) (monograph), "Annoying number of people who exist in Ukraine" (co-author), "Road in Time" (co-author).
