She was born in Lviv. Graduated from Lviv National Medical University with a degree in Internal Medicine. She underwent professional internships in Poland, Austria, Belgium, France, and Germany. She studied at UCU and the Kyiv School of Economics. She is a member of many professional medical associations and an active participant in the development of a quality health care system in Ukraine.
