Iryna Stavchuk graduated with honors from the Faculty of Thermal Power Engineering of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Environmental and Economic Monitoring. Participated in UN international negotiations on climate change. From 2008 to 2019 - coordinator of the Climate Action Network in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. 2019-2020 - Deputy Minister of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine
