Chairman of the NGO "See with the heart", which provides comprehensive support to families raising children with severe developmental disabilities. Among Olesya's projects are also the summer inclusive camp "Space camp", the project "Workshop" for children with disabilities 17+, "Morning Hughes" - for girls with disabilities and their mothers.
