Oleksandr Shvets

Editor-in-chief and owner of the newspaper "Fakty". In 1992, Oleksandr Shvets, a journalist with the newspaper Vecherniy Kyiv, creatively created and headed the Kyivskie Vedomosti newspaper. In 1994 he became the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vseukrainskie Vedomosti. Two hobbies help Oleksandr Shvets to "make newspapers". The first is collecting Spanish porcelain.
