Kateryna Pryimak - head of the Veteranka movement, a public figure, a veteran, and a combat medic. In 2014, instead of pursuing a master's degree in cultural studies, she volunteered on the front lines to rescue the wounded in hotspots such as Pisky, Butivka mine, and in the summer of 2022 - in Kherson region. She was awarded the Order of Princess Olga III degree. For nine years, Kateryna has been fighting for gender equality in the Ukrainian military and, together with her comrades, advocates confidently for the rights, conditions, and material support for women in the army. She has represented Ukraine multiple times at the UN headquarters, authored dozens of informational campaigns and advocacy projects in Ukraine and worldwide. She has been awarded the special distinction "Women in Art" and has been included in the "UP - 100. Power of Women" rating.
