Graduated from the Institute of journalistic of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, worked as reporter, rewiever, as a head of the department if the newspapers of Odesa region. Worked as a editor in chief of weekly paper «Slovo». Since 2002 works as media consultant and trainer in OSCE programs.
