Polish literary scholar, Ukrainian scholar, professor at the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, translated Polish works by Ukrainian and Belarusian authors, in particular, novels and stories by Oksana Zabuzhko and Yuri Andrukhovych, essays and explorations of Mykola Ryabchuk and Yaroslav Hrytsak. The most interesting areas of research are the reader's reception of a literary work.
