The Russian-Ukrainian war continues, and its outcome remains far from certain. Yet the fact that, in the fourth year of a full-scale war, civilians and military personnel can come together and publicly discuss the future is already a victory in itself. Revolutions and wars that have shaped the fate of today’s generations have always been fought against, at first glance, seemingly invincible opponents.
What changes in Ukrainian self-identity have arisen as a result of these events? What is the role of contemporary Ukrainians in the global world?
